He was born on May, 6, 1939 in Nikolaev, the Nikolaev region, in family of the worker. He began his labour activity in 1959. He was the student of the Stavropol medical institute sinse 1962 for 1967. In 1967 has arrived to Tolyatti in 1967.
In December, 1967 it is appointed the head physician of a stomatologic polyclinic № 3. In 1975 has successfully protected the dissertation on a rank of the candidate of medical sciences. Since 1983 for on present time he is the head physician of " City hospital № 1 " In 1984 he receives the medical qualifying category. He is constantly engaged in introduction of new methods of treatment and diagnostics, and also the newest equipment.

In 1975 he has received the first certificate on the invention, and now he is the author of 8 inventions. In 1981 the he was is awarded with gold medal of ВДНХ. All these years he combines work of the doctor with scientific work, with invention and rationalization, with sports and public work.

Grojsman Vitaly Aleksandrovich the master of sports on acrobatics, active imparts love and attaches youth to this kind of sports and in our city on public principles. In 1974 Grojsman's pupils became champions of Europe and the World. In total under his trainer's management 22 world and Europe champion, 6 deserved masters of sports of the country, 30 masters of sports of the international class wereprepared.

In 1996 he protects a scientific degree of the academician, and in January, 1997 it was elected by the full member of the Russian academy of natural sciences.
